b. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of use or damage. Carefully package the product to avoid damage during return transit, as we do not refund products that are damaged upon return.
2. Return Period
a. Products must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure the return is safely delivered.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
a. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged during delivery. If your package shows signs of damage upon delivery, please do not accept it.
4. Refund Authorization (RA)
a. To process a return, you must first obtain a Refund Authorization (RA) by emailing us at support@swod.art with your order details and the reason for the return. Returns without an RA risk not being refunded. Please wait for our confirmation email before shipping the product back to us.
5. Refund Processing
a. Refunds will be issued once we receive the complete, unused, and undamaged product. You will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Partial or Damaged Returns
a. If you return only parts of a product or if the product is returned in a damaged condition, you will have the option to reclaim the product at your own expense. If you choose not to reclaim it, SWOD reserves the right to keep the product without issuing a refund.
